RUBICON TRAIL FOUNDATION: OFFICERS

The officers are the staff of the corporation, performing the tasks set forth by the Board of Directors. The President shall be responsible for the administrative oversight of the Foundation, under the direction of the Board of Directors. All Officers are elected per the bylaws and have a vote in the Foundation.
