Officers & Directors
The officers are the staff of the corporation,
performing the tasks set forth by the Board of
Directors. The President shall be responsible for
the administrative oversight of the Foundation,
under the direction of the Board of Directors. All
Officers are elected per the bylaws and have a vote
in the Foundation. The Board Directors are the
trustees of the corporation, who run the business of
the Foundation and make the corporate decisions.
